Delete your Cashkaha account

You can delete your Cashkaha account at any time. You do not need an account to use the map, only to send reports.

Email support@cashkaha.com from the Gmail address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Cashkaha account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: Google account ID, name, email address and profile photo
• All sign-in sessions on every phone and browser
• Push notification tokens for saved-ATM alerts linked to your account
• Your reporter points and "My reports" history

What is kept

ATM status reports you sent (for example "cash available at SBI ATM, 3:10 PM") stay as anonymous ATM history shown as "Cashkaha user", because other people rely on them. Your name, account link and device ID hash are removed from them (Cashkaha does not store report locations). Saved ATMs and language settings live only on your phone; uninstall the app or clear its data to remove them.
